Our developed hygiene concept has been based on the guidelines provided by the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG). This concept has been communicated to all our employees and respective training sessions have been conducted.

We provide protective masks on request for our guests. Disinfectant dispensers are available in all public areas.

To ensure your well-being, we have also set up and implemented the following guidelines:

Hotel guests
We kindly ask our hotel guests to take note that... are requested to wear a face mask in all public areas of the hotel.

...we will not be able to accompany you to your room. You will be informed about the opening hours and other information directly at the reception during your check-in.

...we will clean your room only during your absence. is up to you whether we may deliver your luggage to or from your room. We provide valet car parking service.

...contactless card payment at check-out is the preferred payment method.

...we must ask you to resign from your stay in case of acute symptoms indicating respiratory disease. still can use our spa area until 11pm.


Spa guests
We kindly ask our spa guests to take note that... are requested to wear a face mask in the entrance area and in the changing rooms.

...we cannot accept any external spa guests without a hotel reservation due to capacity reasons. must constantly keep a safe distance of 1.50m between you and other spa guests. are required to disinfect the training equipment in the gym after each use. must follow the general hygiene guidelines and maximum number of guests which are displayed in the spa area.


Restaurant guests
We kindly ask all visitors of our restaurant/salon to take note that... are requested to wear a face mask upon entering and until you are seated at your table. are asked to wait at the restaurant entrance until you will be seated.

...we are obliged to register the contact details of our guests. For families or other groups with people known to each other, it is sufficient to provide the contact details of all persons.

...all tables are arranged at 1.50m distances from the surrounding tables.

...due to capacity constraints we cannot guarantee a table in the restaurant. Depending on your arrival time, your table may also be in the salon area the earlier you arrive for dinner, the more tables you can choose from.

...contactless card payment or on the room bill are the preferred payment methods.

...only seated guests are allowed to be served.

...our food and beverage menus are available digitally via a QR Code. To read the menu please bring your smartphone with you.

...we must ask you to resign from your visit in case of acute symptoms indicating respiratory disease.


Seminar guests
We hereby would like to inform potential event organisers and attendees that...

...our venues are being cleaned, disinfected and aired on a regular basis.

...there are hygiene stations in all venues. Save disposal stations for the masks are available upon request.

...we have drafted new layouts for our meeting facilities, taking into consideration the requested safety distances of 1.50m, and reduced the respective maximum capacities accordingly.
