On Saturday, 20 June 2026, experience the HONexquisite Event 4.0, an extraordinary culinary highlight themed ‘4 Hands – Fusion of Contrasts’. At 914 metres above sea level, an exclusive fine-dining experience awaits you, where different culinary worlds come together and merge into a unique journey of culinary delights.

The focus is on two outstanding culinary styles: guest chef Marcel Koolen from the 7132 Hotel in Vals (awarded 2 stars and 18 GaultMillau points) joins forces with host Nadine Stadelmann. Together, they create a menu that unites contrasts, characterised by alpine authenticity, international sophistication and innovative techniques. Look forward to creative haute cuisine featuring sustainable, seasonal ingredients, surprising flavours and a touch of playful genius.

Marcel Koolen – captivates diners with his powerful, creative and surprising cuisine. Inspired by the rugged beauty of the Graubünden mountains around Vals, he combines locally foraged herbs and regional produce with influences from around the world, particularly Japan. Characterised by precision, respect for the ingredients and a clean aesthetic, his dishes possess impressive depth and expressiveness.

Nadine Stadelmann – who combines alpine tradition and modern sophistication with great passion. Her cuisine thrives on seasonal ingredients, a connection to the region, and the creative reinterpretation of classic flavours. Natural, authentic and yet innovative – a signature style that contrasts perfectly with and harmonises with Koolen’s style.
