It is with great pleasure that we look back on this year's very successful HONexquisite 3.0 event and would like to build directly on it. Save the date now for Saturday, June 20, 2026 to enjoy a new HONexquisite 4.0 culinary experience with guest chef Marcel Koolen from 7132 Hotel in Vals, awarded with 18 GaultMillau points and 2 stars – experience innovative and unique haute cuisine featuring sustainable ingredients, creative techniques and a touch of playful genius at 914 metres above sea level!
The number of tickets will also be limited next year 2026 and the event will take place in all weathers.
