Before Zizi Hattab dedicated herself to the culinary arts, she worked as a software developer in the engineering industry - and just like in elegant code, her cuisine is all about clean structure, precise coordination and surprising functionality.

Zizi Hattab - From software development to Michelin-starred cuisine: the head chef at Zurich's KLE and author of the successful cookbook "Taste of Love" brings precision, creativity and plant-based excellence to the plate. Her dishes are not only masterpieces of flavor, but also a tribute to her Spanish-Moroccan roots.
Nadine Stadelmann - head chef at Villa Honegg, known for her love of alpine nature and her ability to elegantly highlight the finest flavors of the region.
Together they are writing the next line of culinary code - with sustainable ingredients, creative techniques and a pinch of playful genius.
