A visit from David Krüger

This year's theme «Wild herbs» underlines our commitment and mindfulness towards nature and the environment. With guest chef David Krüger from Agefood, we want to explore the valuable treasures of wild herbs that grow right on our doorstep.

Together with head chef Philipp Keller and sous-chef Nadine Stadelmann, we will experiment and bring out and reinterpret the flavors of our immediate surroundings. The wild herbs are collected directly from the neighboring forests and meadows according to the phenological calendar, processed without additives and refined into taste explosions.

The fresh mountain air, the clear water and the incomparable view create a unique atmosphere that invigorates the senses and pampers the palate. Every bite becomes a moment of connection with nature and a celebration of regional flavors.

Discover the nuances of the flavors of wild herbs and how pleasure and mindfulness can merge at 914 meters above sea level.
